Analysis

The main goal of the project was to create a professional, user-friendly website for AGS Medical Billing Corp., a family business with over 22 years in the medical billing industry. The website needed to reflect their expertise, ensure clear communication of their services, and reinforce their commitment to supporting medical professionals in receiving appropriate compensation.

Challenges included aligning the design with the brand identity and ensuring the website was easy to navigate for both medical professionals and potential clients.

 

Ideation

The project began with identifying the necessary features for a medical billing website, such as clarity, professionalism, and accessibility. Collaborating with Scalare.co, the team decided to use a pre-designed WordPress theme tailored to medical and clinical services to streamline development.
Brand-specific customizations were planned, including the use of AGS’s colors and fonts. Content was tailored by Tuco Alberto to emphasize their expertise, while Andrea Graham handled logo and image editing to ensure visual consistency.

 

Finish

The project was successfully completed in two months. The key steps included:

1. Hosting and Domain Setup: Hosting was purchased, and the domain was configured.
2. WordPress Installation: The WordPress platform was installed, and the chosen theme with demo content was set up.
3. Customization:
   • Colors and fonts were adjusted to match the AGS brand.
   • Content provided by Tuco Alberto was integrated.
   • Visual elements were enhanced by Andrea Graham.
4. Deployment: The final website was fully configured and went live after testing and quality assurance.

 

Update

The website was hacked in 2022, causing significant disruptions. However, it was successfully restored in 2024 by Ricardo Frassati, ensuring that AGS Medical Billing Corp. could continue serving their clients without further interruptions.
